Meet the Principal

I am delighted to step into the role of Acting Principal at Galen Catholic College for Term 1, 2025. It is a privilege to lead such a vibrant and supportive school community during this exciting period of transition.

In Term 2, we look forward to welcoming Shaun Mason as our new Principal, whose vision and leadership will continue to guide Galen into a bright future. I also want to acknowledge the incredible contributions of Darta, whose legacy has shaped our college in so many positive ways. We wish him every success in his new role as CESL Deputy Director Mission & Educational Development and thank him for his dedication to Galen.

With the launch of Magnify this year, we are presented with new opportunities to grow, learn, and achieve together. At Galen, our commitment to fostering a calm, nurturing, and safe environment for every student remains at the heart of all we do.

I look forward to partnering with our students, staff, and families to make this a fantastic year for our college community.
